As a teen therapist, I help girls understand their feelings and utilize effective coping skills. You don’t have to watch her struggle anymore. There a a number of reasons for anxiety and unhealthy self- esteem in girls. Girls experience peer pressure, life changes, school stress, peer relationships and social media influences. I believe that girls have the tools needed to tackle their issues. I'm here to make them aware of the strengths that they posses while they are young.
I provide a nonjudgmental, warm and relaxing environment for girls to express themselves. I am committed to helping you and your daughter reach the goals that we set in our initial session. * Weekly Group for Tweens to become empowered in the areas of Stress Management, Coping Skills, Self Esteem, Friendship Skills, Resiliency (Growth Mindset) and Boundaries. *Snacks and Materials are included.
