My name is Robin Schwarm, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy. With a strengths-based approach, I empower clients to identify solutions and build practical skills for overcoming challenges. Dedicated to fostering positive change, I help families and individuals develop resilience and improve communication.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. In working with children and adolescents, family work is an integral part of the process. My work has been effective in treating emotional dysregulation, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, and loss.
I create a soft and supportive environment that allows clients to feel safe moving at their own pace of self-reflection and readiness for change. Clients often report feeling deeply understood and cared for when engaged in therapy with me.
