The ideal client for me is someone who comes to therapy with an idea of what hurts and doesn't know what to do to fix their problems. I am creative in helping you find solutions to your problems that are doable, that fit with who you are and can be used throughout your lifetime. Homework often helps to expedite the process and it might include a book, a handout, an audio, a website or a plethora of other helpful means to get to your therapy goals.
Talk therapy is so unburdening for some. Many people like to have solutions to try in addition to talking about the issues. I try to sum up as quickly as possible what will help you find relief in your life. The ultimate goal for most people is find a place of peace and comfort to come to as a resting spot after working out solutions.
Many people have experienced anxiety and depression but no two people experience it exactly the same way. It's my job to find the road map to your solutions. I will create it uniquely for you because there is only one you! I would enjoy the opportunity to help you find your place of peace.
