We all desire belonging and connection, but relationships can be hard! Many of us grow up without role models for the type of intimacy we desire. We are stuck in roles we’ve been assigned and in stories that we’ve long outgrown. My clients want their relationships to work, but find themselves repeating the same cycles. Therapy is a collaborative space where we can rebuild relationship dynamics from the ground up. Whether working individually or with relationships, I work as a guide and collaborator, assisting you in building stronger connections with yourself and those around you.

I have a specialization in LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy. I am also trained in and offer EMDR which works with the brain and nervous system to repair trauma caused by developmental or relational trauma. Let’s rewrite your story and rewire your brain!

My areas of focus include relationship issues, identity, grief, self-esteem, sexual trauma, religious trauma, anxiety, and social anxiety. I also offer intensives for couples new to ENM! Therapy can be difficult, but it can also be fun, creative and revelatory. I'm honored to have the opportunity to create a unique space for your growth and self-discovery.

Queer Questioning after 35 (online)

Are you over 35 and newly discovering a queer identity? Coming out after 35 can be a uniquely isolating experience. This process group is for anyone newly exploring sexuality outside of heteronormativity. This will be a brave space for folks to reflect, share, witness and connect with others navigating an evolving sexuality after 35. We will share ways to navigate changing relationship dynamics, shame, internalized homo/cis/bi/transphobia that presents itself in ourselves and the world. The online group is 10 sessions long and 60 minutes per session. The group is billed $160 for the month (sliding scale available).
