Through the inner work of Internal Family Systems and Inner Bonding, you will learn to reparent the younger parts of yourself, and uncover and resolve unconscious wounds from your past that are still controlling your life and behaviors today. We may also use EMDR to release old traumatic memories.
By slowing everything down and shining the light of awareness internally you will come to know and love yourself. You will also learn a healing way to be with the parts of yourself that carry painful emotions so they can release extreme beliefs and behaviors and find their true purpose.
