About
My ideal client is a child, teen, or adult! I particularly understand rehabilitation and recovery and its impact on an individual or family. I enjoy working with clients who love to be encouraged and who are needing to be supported in their efforts in recovery.
With 13 years of experience in Community Mental Health, serving children, adolescents and adults, I have learned I particularly love helping others overcome addictions, and cope with disabilities and severe and persistent mental health diagnoses. I also enjoy working with clients with daily struggles related to anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
I meet my clients on their road to recovery with hope, a warm smile, and friendly words of encouragement; no matter how challenging their journey may be, or how "stuck" they feel, I am here to help you see there is hope and someone who cares.
