About
Help and Guidance to Live Your Best Life! My desire is to journey alongside you to help you achieve fulfillment, healing, and hope in your own life. The therapeutic process is a collaborative one in which you and I work together to create change in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My goal is to offer understanding, safety, and connection in order to help facilitate your healing process.
I believe that each person is a unique individual and therefore the style of therapy should be personally matched to be the best fit for the client. I integrate a wide variety of therapeutic interventions and techniques that come from multiple theoretical backgrounds.
Therapy isn’t about fixing a weakness; it is a process of discovering the strengths and resiliency that you hold within. It is always an honor to walk alongside my clients as they allow me to peek into the most intimate parts of themselves. I offer an empathetic, safe environment for my clients to feel comfortable in their healing process.
