I am a licensed clinical social worker skilled at heart-centered hypnotherapy, similar to ego-state therapy. I can assist you to unlock blocked emotions and release destructive thoughts and behaviors. Regardless of technique, I aim for you to experience peace, clarity, and a path for positive action that is aligned to the needs of your most authentic self.
