I have over 25 years of experience working in agencies & treatment centers, alongside 18 years of my own private practice. I utilize relational, psychodynamic, body-centered/somatic psychotherapy, neuro-psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, play therapy, dance/movement therapy & expressive arts. I am Board-certified in Dance/movement Therapy, EMDR, level II.
When working with children and adolescents, the whole family must be considered and actively involved in the therapy process, depending on each individual case. Free 15-20 minute consultations available. I do not accept any insurance plans- self -pay only. Out of network super bill can be provided as needed.
