Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. In our work together, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exercise your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
I approach counseling from an Internal Family Systems orientation. I also employ mindfulness so we can do our best to be calm, grounded and in the moment during our work together. I enjoy working with all age groups, and I have experience in many different areas of mental health.
