In working with couples, the primary focus is to develop a better understanding of your needs and your partners needs along with developing and/or building upon effective communication / listening skills. In working with individuals, we can work on varying things such as addiction, relationship stresses, anxiety, depression, trauma, or phase of life changes.
I come with a vast amount of experience. I am accepting new patients and I am contracted with UHC/UBH/Optum. Please know that in using insurance benefits they are legally entitled to your diagnosis and treatment plan in addition to a review of your therapeutic record. Often times individuals/couples prefer the option of private pay as a result of the above.
