I have been a licensed therapist for over 19 years. I enjoy being able to help my clients on an individual, relational and family basis. Deciding to come to therapy can be a difficult and personal choice. My job is to help one define what is best suited for one's needs and life changes. I specialize in the treatment of Mood Disorders to include anxiety and depression. My theoretical basis of care is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well as Person Centered. Integrating family and relationships is also very common and can aid in balance and stability of one's overall lifestyle.
I believe in the process of changing as we are ever growing. Vital to therapy, is the therapist client relationship, to build a plan for change and healing.
