I offer several therapies for PTSD and addictions to include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and cognitive behavioral interventions for addictions. I also offer Meta hypnotherapy to help people resolve negative thoughts and behaviors and Past life regression therapy to help people with attitudes, behaviors and phobias from past lives.
I want to help you create a life worth staying sober for. EMDR can help with drug and alcohol addictions by desensitizing relapse triggers and providing coping skills. EMDR is a gentler, faster way to treat PTSD as well as process addictions such as gambling. It can also help to reduce anxiety, anger and even help reduce chronic pain.
