Are you ready for therapy? Looking for a therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, laidback, safe space where we can work together to tackle hard things. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are ready to take on challenges but might not know how or where to start. I'm also passionate about working with teachers and other school staff. After working more than 20 years in a school system, I am equipped to help you fight those feelings of burnout and exhaustion.
I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit the needs of my clients, including; CBT, EMDR, ACT, as well as others. However, my therapeutic approach is tailored to your needs while remaining strength-based and collaborative. You are the expert on your life. I enjoy working with clients in-person, as well as, through telehealth.
I am not afraid to talk about anything you need to talk about. Sometimes life is awkward and uncomfortable and that is okay. Let's talk about it. I'm not afraid of tears but I'm also not afraid of laughter in therapy. A counseling relationship can be relaxed and laidback and still be productive.
