I earned my Masters in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. I have had the privilege to serve adults and adolescent clients who are struggling with life transitions, depression/anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, communication and personal growth issues, and addictions. I utilize a variety of therapy models but primarily Cognitive Behavior therapy.
