I believe that mental health is fundamental to leading a productive and satisfying life. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from Miami University of Ohio in 2004 and practiced as an Organization Development Psychologist for 20 years with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Now in private practice, I enjoy providing psychotherapy, coaching, and consulting to adults by applying my training in interpersonal psychology to my understanding of human behavior,
I strongly believe that the caring relationship I form with my clients is critical in promoting change. I have extensive experience with adults presenting with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, stress, workplace related issues, and difficulty with life transitions.
