I believe that there are times in our journey through life when challenges can be overwhelming. My goal as a therapist is to meet my clients wherever they are on that journey and work together with them to understand, navigate and overcome their life's challenges. I act as a thoughtful and empathetic clinician allowing clients to openly share their problems and concerns in the safety of a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
I have had ten years of clinical experience. My holistic approach to therapy integrates aspects of traditional clinical psychotherapy modalities combined with elements of mind/body therapies. I have specialties working with teenagers and young adults, anxiety, depression, women's health and wellness issues, and individuals/families and children of divorce.
