I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology and did my internship at Baylor College of Medicine. Over 25 years of experience working with teens, adults and couples from diverse backgrounds. I work especially well with people who suffer from depression or anxiety and people who want help with stress management or establishing a healthier lifestyle. I have been an avid runner for over 40 years. I help people navigate our complicated health care system and am medically-savvy.
