About
Is your child, teen, or college student struggling with anxiety, stress, changes in mood, or problems at school? Perhaps there is family conflict, including parental divorce or separation. Or they might be coping with bullying, relationship drama, or low self-esteem. As parents, we want nothing more than for our kids to be happy. We want them to learn healthy ways to manage their emotions and feel good about themselves.
I can help. I am a former family law attorney who changed careers to fulfill my passion of helping children, teens, and college students increase their self-esteem and improve their lives. I also provide counseling to women in the areas of parenting, divorce/separation support, stress and anxiety, and relationship problems.
If you are ready to take the next step, please reach out and give me a call. I offer a free 15-minute phone conversation and provide in-person and telehealth services throughout Florida. I look forward to hearing from you.
