With over 30 years of working in the mental health field, I remain optimistic and hopeful about our abilities to move through and overcome difficulty. Stress, Depression, trauma, substance abuse, and unhealthy relationships are often debilitating.
Sometimes, coping that serves us in the short term manifests into lifestyles that do not serve us in the long term. Often we form attachments to people, to "things" or to ideas that prevent us from from being happy or hopeful about the world around us. I provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere for you to heal, develop insight, and move forward.
