Many of my clients are grappling with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, adjusting to major life transitions--career change, divorce. I also specialize in helping clients navigate different stages of recovery from eating disorders. Through a mind-body approach, you'll find the key your well being. I am trained in DBT, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing.
