You've done the work. There's usually a really good reason things haven't shifted yet. That's what I work with. I specialize in trauma, CPTSD, and anxiety with adults who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or carrying wounds that go back further than they can name.
My approach is somatic and parts-informed, meaning we work with your body and your internal landscape, not just your thoughts. I use ART and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) to create shifts even when talk therapy alone hasn't. Sessions are paced intentionally. We build safety, capacity, and over time, something that actually feels different.
I offer in-person therapy in Tucson and telehealth throughout Arizona. I also host a podcast, Two Therapists Walk Into a Podcast, where I explore trauma, the nervous system, and what healing actually looks like. A free 15-minute consultation is a good way to see if we're a fit.
