I specialize in Ericksonian hypnosis and am trained in other models such as EMDR, EFT and IFS. Using a foundation Ericksonian principles I work to connect clients to their natural abilities and strengths, coming alongside their journey to help navigate challenges and grow resources that are sometimes hidden. Or forgotten. Or somehow just out of reach.
