With 35+ years of experience, I help children, teens, and parents navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning differences, autism, and school challenges. I take a collaborative, whole-family approach, integrating therapy for children and teens with parent support and guidance. I partner with schools and prescribing providers to ensure coordinated care. As a certified ADHD coach, I offer practical strategies for executive functioning, organization, and life skills.
I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, behavioral strategies, family-focused work, and supportive counseling. Together, we’ll better understand your child’s needs, strengthen your advocacy, and help your family move forward with clarity and confidence. I also provide parent training and attend school meetings as an advocate.
