I am a highly experienced psychotherapist with a broad range of training and expertise. I have years of experience counseling college age individuals who need help managing academic demands, relationship stress and family issues. I have worked extensively with first generation college students and international students.
I can help by creating a partnership with you to improve the challenges of coping with anxiety, depression and stress. Regarding relationships, I can help improve communication skills. My approach is to help you understand yourself and find active ways to change behaviors that lead to unhappiness.
