I am passionate about working with children, teens, and adults to live a more satisfying and meaningful life. I have experience working in community mental health settings, schools, and healthcare organizations. I have experience working with a variety of clinical challenges including PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia and sleep issues, parenting and family therapy, mood and personality disorders, as well as impulse control and anger management.
I strive to create a comfortable and safe place for each of my clients while using techniques such as person-centered therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, sleep therapy (CBT-I) and trauma-focused techniques. I work to create an individualized approach for each client that takes into account their strengths and needs.
I understand that seeking counseling can be a daunting experience, so please let me know of any concerns or if there are questions that I may answer. If you are interested in finding out more information or setting up an appointment, please send me an email or call the number listed. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
