I have been a licensed therapist for over 22years. I enjoy being able to help my clients on an individual, relational and family basis. I specialize in the treatment of Mood Disorders to include anxiety and depression. My theoretical basis of care is a blend of Cognitive Behavioral therapy as well as Person Centered. Integrating family and relationships is also very common and can aid in balance and stability of one's overall lifestyle.
