In addition to individual therapy, I also offer several on-line Dialectical Behavior Therapy Groups for Women and a on-line Coping Skills Group for Women with DID and OSDD. These groups are designed to reduce symptoms and accompany your therapy. Groups are offered day, evening and Saturday. See my website for details.

Groups
DBT Groups for Women - Affordable & Convenient
I have several virtual/telehealth DBT Groups for Women. Cost is only $35 per week after intake & deposit. Groups meet weekly for 1.5 hrs. Current offerings: Wed 10:30, 5:30, 7p. Thurs 10, 11:30, 6p. Sat 10, 1:30p. While young adults may attend any group, the Sat 1:30 group is for women under 30 only. Elements of Radically Open DBT are included. I contact your therapist to coordinate treatment.

Virtual Coping Skills for Women with DID. Groups are 75 min. Cost is $110 set-up/intake and $30 per week for 6 week commitment. Groups are held at various times. See my website for more information on these groups.
