Groups
Drop-In Resident Group Supervision
This group is for LPC Residents and LMFT Residents who are working to obtain indirect and direct hours for licensure. The group will last approximately 2 hours per session and requires a supervision contract. Participants of the group will follow the Eclectic model for development and are required to attend at least two supervision sessions per month to maintain their membership with Glacier Health and Development Center. There may be additional fees associated with this training, as Residents are required to obtain the necessary course materials and outside trainings to perform their duties. This groups will be held virtually.

Body Positivity/Healthy Weight Establishment Group
Facilitator establishes baseline for self-acceptance and underlying causes for unhealthy weight. Trauma-informed methods and other tools are used for healthy weight establishment through fun, partnered activities. Participants will be required to rely on mirror image and sense of comfort, rarely utilizing scales as a determinant for acceptable weight. Participants may be referred to other medical professionals in completion of the program. Participant should be comfortable discussing "fat" as a healthcare term that is not bound to stigma, and they should be ready to work towards self-acceptance at all weights. This group operates on a subscription basis.
