Accepting New Clients. I offer HIPPA compliant online video counseling sessions as well as in-person sessions. Depression, anxiety and adjustment issues are areas in which I have extensive experience. Adult Children of Alcoholics and persons dealing with narcissitic abuse are specialty areas in which I work. I have a great affinity for working with clients who are suffering with grief and loss issues such as a death or loss of a relationship. I enjoy working with active duty military members, their families and veterans. I also offer supervision for LPC licensure (Board Approved). Please e-mail for appointment.
I am a strong proponent of personal choice, power and responsibility. At times we may believe negative or false messages that we have received from others. I work with each client to move toward a more positive and realistic reflection of their Self and towards Self acceptance. Recognizing one's own power is highly effective in treating anxiety & depression.
I firmly believe humor is a wonderful gift and tool. I use humor and laughter in my counseling relationships whenever possible and appropriate.
