I offer individual, couples or family counseling to clients who are 12 years of age or older. I provide family focused psycho educational and therapeutic interventions to help individuals experiencing excessive stress and associated cognitive, emotional and behavioral problems. I use a variety of strategies tailored to the individual client's needs. I specialize in high conflict relationships in the family, workplace or community -- such as domestic violence, parenting issues, life transitions and violation of community boundaries.
Accomplished mental health professional with over 15 years of experience working within the criminal justice system. Gained 8 years of experience teaching individuals tools for emotional self-management and delivering psychological intervention programs designed for families in crisis. Completed over 20 professional development seminars and programs that promote best practices for delivering specialized services.
