As a therapist, my goal is for each person I meet to feel accepted and valued. My counseling style is warm, engaging and supportive. My approach is positive and draws on my client's strengths and resources. My counseling is a blend of insight oriented therapy and practical interventions and is informed by psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based theories. I support a holistic model of health and can coordinate care with other wellness providers as desired.
I offer supportive, growth-oriented counseling for women for a wide range of issues. I also have a specialty practice focused on providing care to women and their families during pregnancy and postpartum, for fertility concerns and grief from perinatal loss as well as women who identify as ADHD or AuDHD.
