My clients come to services to explore life experiences, process grief and loss, manage anxiety and/or depressive symptoms, building healthy relationships, and increase quality of life. Together we develop a treatment plan to increase skills and build strategies to meet individual goals. Some clients need 1 session and others are ongoing. Our work is collaborative and the focus is healing. I also have experience in energy healing practices and alternative interventions to find peace and joy in life.

I have been counseling children, youth, and adults, since 1996 in Northern Vermont. My practice draws from many theoretical perspectives to develop individually focused counseling service. Through my experiences I have worked with clients in crisis and stabilization, life changes, and challenges.
