In the 20 years I have been in my profession I have worked in a variety of settings with adults, adolescents and children and have enjoyed every part of it equally. Each therapeutic relationship is different. I appreciate and value each dynamic with recognition of the unique opportunities they bring.
There are a variety of areas that I have had specialty training in and have focused on treating over the years. One of the areas has been trauma specific. I am a level II Certified Trauma Therapist as well as a Certified ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) therapist. I incorporate sensory, mind body work and talk therapy in most therapy sessions.
Currently in Network with Anthem, Medical Mutual, UnitedHealthCare, Aetna, and Cigna. Private pay is also an available option.
