If you’re feeling overwhelmed, worn down, or like you’re carrying more than you can explain, you’re not doing anything wrong. Many of the women and teen girls I work with come to therapy because life feels heavy, confusing, or harder than they expected. They’re doing their best, but inside they feel anxious, sad, disconnected, or unsure of themselves. I work with women and teen girls who are moving through seasons of change and uncertainty. I specialize in helping women across the life span manage postpartum difficulties, self doubt, friendship stress, anxiety, unexpected breakups and struggles with feeling understood by others.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and anxiety, and I also offer Walk and Talk therapy and animal assisted therapy with my dog, Skipper. Some people find it easier to open up while moving or spending time with an animal, and I’m happy to offer therapy in ways that feel more natural and comfortable.

Therapy with me is calm, relational, and low pressure. You don’t need to have the right words or know exactly what’s wrong. This is a space where you can slow down, talk honestly, and feel supported without judgment. We move at a pace that feels manageable, and we focus on helping you feel more steady, more confident, and less alone in what you’re carrying.
