"Liminality" refers to the middle stage of change, the threshhold between what was, and what is yet to be. It is when, and where, we are forced by circumstance or choice to leave behind what is familiar, and to journey into a place of uncertainty. It is a normal part of being human. I named my practice Liminal Therapy to honor the process of change and human resilience. My clients are adults (18+) and include people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, addictions, and issues related to the stressors of life stages and transitions. Diversity and multicultural wisdom traditions are welcome and appreciated.

I have extensive experience in counseling and coaching people with ADHD, non-traditional learners, spiritual seekers, and people in all stages of change. Anxiety, depression, response to trauma, and "feeling stuck" are all normal human experiences. I combine a strong clinical foundationwith a great appreciation for human experience and resilience.
