I have been working as a counselor/therapist in the field of substance abuse recovery and mental health for 7 years. I have a passion for what I do and all the people I help. I specialize in CBT and DBT work as well as trauma therapy. My focus is in building self-esteem and self-worth to aid in coping with life on life's terms.
I know that with everything you are going through, I am just a small part of your recovery from substance abuse or mental health. I know it's hard, and there will be days you want to laugh, days you want to cry and days you want to scream. I want to help you figure out why, and how to get through it all.
