As a licensed clinical social worker in both VA and MD, I specialize in working with clients across the lifespan who are feeling stuck, feeling a 'lack of joy in their lives' and/or want to make some changes where they are not happy. Using an integrative health approach, rooted in empathy, compassion and openness, it is my aim to assist you in gaining greater awareness into your situation, to become 'empowered' to act, reclaim your potential and take control where you are feeling stuck. I have been working in behavioral health/managed care space for 30+ years providing assessments, consultations and therapy in a variety of settings to individuals 18-65+. Completing an International Coach Training Program, allows me to provide a blend of skills as both a therapist and a coach, exploring weaknesses while emphasizing client strengths.
