My approach to therapy is biopsychosocial, relational, growth oriented, and mindfulness-based. My background is in humanistic psychology, contemporary psychoanalysis, and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I use empathic connection, compassionate inquiry, and engaged dialogue to address the root causes of emotional suffering and psychospiritual distress.
