One of the most profound determinants of how we experience our lives is how we feel about ourselves–our sense of worthiness. We all have the innate capacity to grow and change, to be resilient in the face of challenges, and to be empowered to change patterns of behavior and relationship that no longer serve us.

In our collaborative working relationship, together we’ll explore what’s on your mind, the underlying emotions and patterns that relate to your specific context, and identify obstacles, strengths, and ways of coping. Psychotherapy is a process, be patient with yourself!
My methods for treatment are eclectic and depend on what works best for the individual I am working with. I gravitate towards humanistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches. I truly believe that people are the experts of their own lives, and I wish to empower them as much as possible.
