I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, and phobias (including emetophobia—fear of vomiting—as well as needle and driving phobias). You can feel less burdened by overwhelming emotions. We'll collaborate to help you solve or get through problems in your life as quickly as possible, with the least amount of suffering.
I incorporate research-based, effective skills from a number of therapies to meet your individual needs, including building self-compassion—learning how to create change by being kinder to yourself.
