Life is journey. We all experience a myriad of ups and downs across our lifespan. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults in providing counseling services that foster understanding, personal challenges, personal resiliency, emotional healing and inner personal growth with solutions-based counseling that enhances quality of life with compassion and empathy. Our emotions can be indicators for development and life change. I enjoy providing EAP services and work with Compsych, Optum, and Kepro. I have extensive experience with complex trauma and crisis. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and couples.
I offer person-centered integrative approaches and reality-based intervention strategies using cognitive behavioral therapy, complemented by motivational interviewing with an emphasis on faith-based mindfulness in daily life. Patience, compassion, humor and openness are essential elements in the therapeutic process. I would enjoy collaborating from you.
I enjoy working with and reinforcing independent living skills for young people on the spectrum. I enjoy working with parents and enhancing effective co-parenting skills. Family is everything and a blessing to be cherished, yet navigating through family crisis and conflict can be overwhelming and challenging for all of us! I practice with faith-based values.
