I am a modern psychoanalytically trained psychotherapist, who works with both adults and couples, to maximize their ability to meet personal life goals and challenges and to grow emotionally. Life can be tough, but that doesn't mean you should give up on having what you want! Psychotherapy is about working on your life goals to have more of the life you want and deserve to have.
I work with adults and individuals who suffer from a range of issues, including relationship problems, addiction issues, transitional difficulties, as well as mood, thought and character disorders.
In addition to being a psychotherapist, I am also the author of two books, Till Death Do Us Part: Love, Marriage and the Mind of the Killer Spouse (Atria Books 2006) and Your Best Age is Now (Harper One 2016).
