My first internship was at an Intensive Outpatient Private practice that specialized in addictions and trauma. I have advanced classes in sex addiction, sexual trauma, affair recovery, gender identity, and sex therapy. I work with all faiths and all sexual orientations. I am a certified sex therapist. I enjoy working with couples. I am OCD & trauma informed.

OCD is more than just rituals. It can be repetitive, even disturbing thoughts that don't match who you really are. I love providing insight and tools that can begin to break that cycle. Therapist avoid working with Bipolar. I love it, understand it and my clients make a lot of progress with minimizing the effects it has on daily living with the use of tools & better understanding of the diagnosis
