I hope to build a therapeutic team with you, grounded in safety and trust. I specialize in supporting clients navigating the effects of unresolved trauma, including adverse childhood experiences, complex PTSD, intergenerational trauma, and intimate partner violence. Using EMDR, IFS, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I help clients heal at the root. I also work with anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, life transitions, and ADHD. As a native Spanish speaker, I offer therapy in English and Spanish and deeply understand the cultural and generational dynamics within the Latino communities.

I help clients connect past and present by exploring their internal system—the many parts within them. As these parts feel understood, EMDR becomes a powerful tool for healing. Ketamine-assisted therapy adds leverage for deep integration. You are the expert in your life, and I’m here to learn from you.
