I am pediatric therapist, working mostly with children and adolescents. However, this also means working with the adults in the picture. I am solution-focused in my approach, guiding clients and their families to become independent and effective in their dynamics. Oftentimes, anti-social interactions, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral concerns have developed overtime, and although medication can be a helpful tool to find balance, and individual therapy can help thought processing and consequent outcomes, it is most effective to include working on relationships and communication for long-term recovery, health, and wellness.
