My person-centered treatment focus assists you to re-narrate learned history and develop new awareness, which support growth with improved functioning in your life today with a manageable future.

My treatment focus is humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered. I support treatment for Adjustment related concerns, Trauma experiences (past, present or secondary trauma), Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Acute Stress, PTSD, Relationship Recovery, Attachment Focus, Communication, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, ADHD, Depression and Self-injury.

23 years working with children/ families. I am a formerly Certified Trauma Consultant through the National Institute of Trauma and Loss, obtained certification hours for all 3 certification levels (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013). Current focus on certification with TLC for training for their new certifications and credentials. Recent training: Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 (2017).
