I have had great success with all configurations, as well as with people of all ages and backgrounds. I offer evening and Saturday hours to accommodate busy schedules, and have offices in West Windsor and Princeton.
I have years of experience treating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, life transitions, and relationship issues. I specialize in working with couples and families as well as individuals. I have completed training in prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD at the University of Pennsylvania, and am a Certified Parent Coordinator.
I am an interactive, creative therapist, attentive to each client's personality and strengths. You will maintain control over the process, although I may challenge you to stretch beyond what is comfortable.
