Do you attach to unhealthy people, obsess and ignore responsibilities? Can’t leave toxic relationships? Have feelings that are so intense that “this must be love”? Love Addiction or unhealthy attachments can leave us feeling alone, vulnerable and full of shame. Sitting with others who have a shared experience can be very powerful and healing.
