I specialize in working with gifted adults, therapists, trauma, DBT after-care, and anyone who feels as if they don’t fit in. In our work we will use mindfulness and DBT skills to create stability. We will process trauma, free up creative blocks, and develop self-love using Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and hypnosis. Each session is tailored to your needs.
